Indeed. I primarily use CR via the Archive Binge functionality. It takes forever for pages to load up individually, and even clicking through using CR's navigation arrows takes on the order of 30 seconds or more to load a page. My viewing workflow now is to load up the page I'm on, and the last page in my feed, and read them on the site without CR, then just mark where I'm at...

Because not all comics have RSS feeds these days. A primary example: Dominic Deegan

While not exactly what you suggested, Comic Rocket's acquisition of Archive Binge is kind of like this. Except it is an RSS feed for each individual comic rather than your entire library of comics.

As for the tags and RSS, I'm not sure how feasible that is, as the RSS feed doesn't exist until the user creates it, and after that it is personal to that person. I imagine it'd be hard for the webpage to load that user's specific RSS feed automatically? I'm not sure. Incidentally the other way to find your feed is to go to the comic's info page and under the Archive Binge box, the button to the left of the edit button also leads to the RSS.

I made a suggestion for a better create RSS Feed workflow here that incorporates your first problem, if you feel like up-voting it: http://comicrocket.uservoice.com/forums/70859-general/suggestions/3425659-archive-binge-smoother-create-feed-workflow

This is likely something that needs to be emailed to them directly, as i sounds like a bug. However it is worth noting that I have been reading the early pages of sluggy and haven't noticed this problem yet.

While I understand this might be a difficult thing to implement for comic rocket, it was a useful ability of archive binge. I understand Archive Binge gave the comic creators control over if the RSS feed displayed the comic in the feed or not, which lets the creator worry about things such as advertising and such.

I agree with Boolean263. Navigating to a site via my Archive Binge RSS feed should mark the comic if I have it as one of my comics. I don't equate it to being any different than clicking on the right or left arrow in the comic rocket tool bar.

When it doubt, just offer a setting on the archive binge feed to check 'Automatically update comic rocket page count when visiting via archive binge feed'.
